: Are my figures protected with varnish?

Yes all figures sent out are protected with matt varnish (unless the item is left glossy for aesthetic reasons).  Please note that figures must be handled with care, even if varnished they may still eventually show signs of wear and tear for which I cannot be held responsible.

Q: Can figures be printed in different sizes?

Yes within reason, all figures can be resized.  This may incur extra costs if much larger than the original.  Please contact me.

Q: Can I request a custom colour scheme?

Yes please contact me if you would like alternate colour schemes.

Q: Do you post outside the UK?

At the moment the website is only accepting UK & USA orders due to customs and sales tax complexities. However please visit my Etsy store WalkerMinisnScenics where you are free to order worldwide, with the exception of France, Germany and Spain as I don’t have the required packing licenses for those countries.

Q: Do I have to pay customs and import taxes

This is unpredictable and is at the discretion of the customs in the destination country. If they do impose charges, the recipient will be contacted by the customs directly and I cannot get involved in the process. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Q: How long do I have to wait for delivery?

Please allow approximately 4 working days for orders to be sent out. UK orders are sent Royal Mail 2nd class which can take a few days to over a week. US orders are usually delivered within 7-10 days with tracking.

Q: Are these figures suitable for children?

These figures/models are not intended for use by small children. They may contain small parts which may pose a choking hazard and should not be used by children under 3. If used around children, adult supervision is required.

Q: What does back-order mean?

If items are on back-order, they are currently out of stock and are in the process of being reprinted/painted.  I will send you an estimate of when you will receive your item which shouldn’t be longer than a couple of weeks.

Q: What do I do if my order is lost or damaged?

If you do not receive your order, please wait 15 working days from ordering, then contact me. Click here for more details.
